How To Change Student Passwords

If you want to change a student’s passwords, click on the Start menu (bottom left on the taskbar). You can also click on the magnifying glass icon to search.
Then, search for ‘Change Students Password’.
Open this program and you will be able to change passwords for students who have forgotten or don’t know their passwords.
Please type the student’s username or name. Then, click ‘lookup’ before entering a new password and confirming the new password.
You can either give them a set password or give them a one-time password by ticking the box “User must change password at next logon”.
If you give them a one-time password they will asked to change the it the next time they log in.
If you can’t open the program and it needs to be downloaded, please let IT support know.
